How much does the camp cost?

The cost is €120 for the full week (Monday July 6th – Friday July 10th), running daily from 9:30am–1:30pm at the Carraig Centre, Ballincollig.

Registration

Places can be secured online through the Book Your Place button on our website. Spaces are limited and booking in advance is recommended.

Drop Off & Collection

Drop-off takes place between 9:15am and 9:30am each morning, with collection at 1:30pm each day.

For both drop-off and collection, please use the back (West) entrance of the Carraig Centre, located beside the dentist.

What to Bring

Children should bring a packed lunch, water bottle and comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.

Camp Times

Camp runs from 9:30am – 1:30pm each day.

Parking

Parking is available at the Carraig Centre, however spaces can be limited at busy times as other activities may also be taking place at the venue. Additional parking is available nearby at Ballincollig Shopping Centre if needed.

Are staff vetted?

Yes, Epic Kids is run by experienced teachers and all staff working directly with children are Garda vetted. Please see our Safeguarding page for more information.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

Due to limited spaces, we are unable to hold places without payment.

Location -The Carraig Centre

Epic Kids takes place at the Carraig Centre (P31 PV20), is located behind Ballincollig Shopping Centre.

We have access to multiple indoor spaces throughout the venue for chess, LEGO, 3D printing and other camp activities, along with outdoor facilities including a soccer and basketball area, playground space and outdoor seating areas.
