Terms & Conditions – Epic Kids

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for Epic Kids camps, classes, and activities.

By booking a place for your child, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be completed through our website or agreed payment method.

A child’s place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Epic Kids reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been completed.

2. Camp Hours

Camp runs during the advertised dates and times listed on our website.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected on time.

Epic Kids is not responsible for children outside scheduled camp hours.

3. Medical Information

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant:

  • medical conditions

  • allergies

  • behavioural concerns

  • additional support needs

  • emergency contact details

This information must be provided during registration.

Failure to provide relevant information may impact our ability to safely support your child.

4. Behaviour Expectations

We aim to provide a safe and positive environment for all children.

Children are expected to behave respectfully toward:

  • staff

  • other children

  • equipment

  • facilities

Epic Kids reserves the right to remove a child from camp if behaviour places themselves, other children, or staff at risk.

In serious cases, no refund may be provided.

5. Activities

Epic Kids offers activities including but not limited to:

  • chess

  • LEGO

  • 3D printing

  • arts and crafts

  • outdoor games

  • STEM challenges

Activity schedules may change depending on weather, staffing, or operational requirements.

6. Illness

Children should not attend camp if they are unwell or displaying contagious illness symptoms.

If a child becomes unwell during camp, parents/guardians may be contacted and asked to collect them.

7. Personal Property

Epic Kids is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to camp.

We recommend children do not bring valuable items.

8. Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for marketing or promotional purposes.

These will only be used where parental consent has been provided.

9. Cancellations by Epic Kids

Epic Kids reserves the right to cancel camps due to circumstances outside our control, including low enrolment, venue issues, or unforeseen events.

Where this occurs, parents will be offered:

  • a full refund
    or

  • an alternative camp date where available

10. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe environment, Epic Kids accepts no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by proven negligence.
