Refund Policy – Epic Kids

At Epic Kids, we understand that plans can sometimes change. Please review our refund policy before booking.

Securing Your Child’s Place

A child’s place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Due to limited spaces, we are unable to hold places without payment.

Parent Cancellations

Parents/guardians may cancel their booking and receive:

  • A full refund if cancellation is made 14 days or more before the camp start date.

Refund requests made within 14 days of the camp start date may not be eligible for a refund.

Any refunds within this period will be considered at Epic Kids’ discretion.

After Camp Begins

Once camp has started, refunds will not be provided for:

  • missed days

  • schedule conflicts

  • change of mind

  • partial attendance

Illness or Exceptional Circumstances

If your child is unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds or transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Camp Cancellation by Epic Kids

In the unlikely event that Epic Kids cancels a camp due to unforeseen circumstances, parents will be offered:

  • a full refund
    or

  • the option to transfer to another available camp

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, including Stripe.
